Preheat the oven to 190°C and grease 1 large brownie tray.

Melt the buttee and sugar over a high heat until it is completely melted and begins to simmer.

Take the saucepan off the heat and stir in the golden syrup.

Stir the oats. You my need more or less of the oats but there should be enough to just have the syrup mix to coat it just.

Spoon the mix into the tin and flatten with the back of your spoon then bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven you have to heat it for more or less time.

Once it is out the oven, cut it into slices and place on a cooling rack for about 7-10 minutes to cool
