Preheat oven to 350·F

Mix: 15oz ricotta cheese, 1 1/4 cup of mozzarella, 1/4 cup of parmesan, 1/4 cup parsley, and 1 egg until well blended. Smooth out and divide into thirds, set aside.

Cook 1 pound ground beef and drain off grease. Add 26 oz jar of sauce to pan with beef. Add 1 cup of water to empty sauce jar, shake & add to pan. Stir occasionally till heated through.

Add 1 cup of meat sauce to bottom of 13x9 pan.

Layer: 3 lasagna noodles (side by side), 1/3 ricotta cheese mix, then 1 cup of meat sauce. Repeat 2 more x's....then top with 3 noodles and remaining meat sauce.

Top it off with 1 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Spray foil on one side with non stick spray and cover (greased side down).

Bake for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes.
