Ingredients

  1. 2 cupyellow rice
  2. 32 ozvegetable broth
  3. 1/2 stickbutter
  4. 2/3 cupsweet peas
  5. 8treads of saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    bring broth to boil with saffron treads

    add rice

  3. 3

    let boil till almost done add butter

  4. 4

    when broth makes craters add peas cover remove from heat let sit 15 minutes covered
