Ingredients

4 servings

1 cupheavy cream
1/4 tsptomato paste
1/4 cupGrated Parmesan cheese
1Salt & black pepper to taste
1/4 cupbutter

Steps

Combine butter, cream and tomato paste in a saute pan.

Bring to simmer over medium heat and whisk until sauce tightens.

Stir in Parmesan cheese.

Season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 4 minutes and drain.

Spoon warm sauce over pasta and enjoy.
