melt margarine in med. sized microwavable bowl

Add brown sugar and stir.

Add baking soda, powder and vanilla.

Then add oats and mix well.

Spread in a 9×13 inch Pyrex baking dish.

Put in the microwave and cook on high for 3 and a half mins. Remove and let cool. Cut in squares.
