1link of sausage sliced
1 smallonion diced
1salt and black pepper to taste
3 tbspbutter

on medium-high heat, in a lg saucepan fry potatoes in the butter, when potatoes get to a golden brown, add onions and sausage.,fry for about 3to 5 minutes then done.

place on paper towel, add salt and pepper to taste.

Very easy and quick to make. I used pre cooked Jimmy Dean sausages. Also would be really good with a red pepper cubed as well.
