  • 1 tbspmustard
  • 1/4 cupfresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbspminced parcley
  • 1salt & pepper
  • 1garlic

    Preheat oven to 400°

  2. 2

    Melt butter in skillet, remove from heat and add mustard

  3. 3

    On a plate, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Dip chicken in mustard/butter then pat breadcrumb mixture onto chicken
