Ingredients

  • 16 cuptomatoes, chopped
  • 4 cuponions, chopped
  • 2 cupjalapeño peppers, 14-15 peppers chopped
  • 2 1/2 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/3 cupsalt
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  • 2 tspcumin
  • 1 1/2 tspalum

    Mix altogether in a large pan.

    Cook covered for 1 1/2 hours.

    Place in jars and seal.
