  • 32 ozbag, baby carrots
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 2 tbspbutter, cut into small pieces

  1. 1

    Spray crock with cooking spray.

  2. 2

    In the crock, place carrots; sprinkle with salt, brown sugar and butter.

  3. 3

    Cover; and cook on High 4-5 hours (stirring after 2) or until desired tenderness.
