  2. 3/4 cupbuttermilk
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 2 tbspcorn syrup
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 2 tspvanilla

    In a saucepan, stir together the sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup, and baking soda.

  2. 2

    Bring to a boil, and cook for 7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Remove from the heat, and stir in the vanilla.
