Steps

chop all veggies. thinnly slice cucumber and chop onion

in a seperate containter and all other ingredients together
- 3
place cucomberd and onions in a plastic or glass container
- 4
pour remaining ingredients into the container with the veggies.

seal the container, gently shake assuing all veggies have been saturated
- 6
let sit in refrigerator for 3hr. for best results leave over night
- 7
when ready to eat, drain extra liquid and enjoy.

to keep it fresh leave it in a sealed glass or plastic container.
- 9
leaving the cucumbers in the vinegar water mixture for too long can pickle entirely and become very tart.
