  • 1boiled lobster tail
  • 1/2finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4finely diced white onion
  • 1 tbspfinely diced jalapeno
  • 1/3english peas
  • 1/3 cupmayo
  • 1/2lime juice
  • 1 tbspbrown butter
  • 1 dashsriracha drizzle to garnish
  • 3 slicecucumber rounds

  1. 1

    cook lobster tails and dice meat into chunks

  2. 2

    sweet onions, peppers on med-low heat until soft. add cooked peas last and remove from heat

  3. 3

    make aioli using mayo, butter and lime

  4. 4

    mix lobster, veggies and aioli

  5. 5

    garnish with cucumber and sriracha... serve cold over quinoa

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
