1/2finely diced red bell pepper
1/4finely diced white onion
1 tbspfinely diced jalapeno
1/3english peas
1/3 cupmayo
1/2lime juice
1 tbspbrown butter
1 dashsriracha drizzle to garnish
3 slicecucumber rounds

cook lobster tails and dice meat into chunks

sweet onions, peppers on med-low heat until soft. add cooked peas last and remove from heat
3

make aioli using mayo, butter and lime
4

mix lobster, veggies and aioli
5

garnish with cucumber and sriracha... serve cold over quinoa
