Ingredients

  1. For the Picatta:
  2. slicesBeef
  3. Mushroom
  4. Bell peppers
  5. Butter
  6. Cream
  7. Lemon
  8. Garlic
  9. Seasoning: salt, pepper, soy sauce, chopped onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Sear the beef on both sides and remove from pan

  2. 2

    In the same pan with remaining meat juices add garlic and sautee the mushroom and bell peppers and remove them

  3. 3

    In the same pan make the sauce and season to taste. Put back the beef mushrooms and peppers and let them simmer in sauce to continue cooking

Not very good recipe, no measurements and no idea how sauce is made. Please elaborate more detail in to your recipe. It sounds very good, but afraid to make since no exact details.
