Crack eggs and blend on "mix".

Add sugar, vanilla, and oil. Blend again at "mix".

Add flour and milk. Blend once more.

Heat pan to medium heat, and spread butter on pan.

Pour batter on pan and spread.

Flip blintz and cook other side.

Remove and lightly butter.

Repeat #5 through #7 until you use all the batter.

Roll blintz and serve with sour cream or fruit.
