4 sliceprosciutto
4eggs, beaten
1/4 cupricotta cheese
1 sliceAmerican cheese
1 tbspparmesan
1 dashgarlic powder
1salt and pepper to taste
1cracked pepper

Steps

1

spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray

place 1 slice of prosciutto in each ramekin
3

in a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic
4

distribute evenly over the prosciutto slices
5

top each with pieces of American cheese and parmesan cheese and cracked pepper
6

bake on 350 for about 15 minutes
