1/4 cupdiced carrot
2 tbspminced onions
1/3 cupsugar
1/2 tspsalt
1 dashpepper
1/4 cupmilk
1/2 cupmayo
1/4 cupbuttermilk
1 1/2 tbspwhite vinegar *** if souring your own milk use only 1 1/2 teaspoon
2 1/2 tbsplemon juice

Cabbage and carrots must be finely diced.

Put cabbage and carrot mix in a large bowl, stir in minced onions.

mix remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour over vegetable mixture.

Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
