Heat milk until hot but not boiling.Dissolve gelatin with water in a small bowl and let set.Remove milk from heat and mix in gelatin along with the sugar,vanilla and salt.

Set in cold water to cool it off.When it is cold add the heavy cream and beaten eggs.

Freeze in a ice cream according to manufaucters instructions.

It's best eaten straight out of the can!!!:) But you can also store it in the freezer for several weeks.
