2 cupsoftened/melted ice cream - any flavour you prefer
1 1/2 cupself raising flour
50 gramsgranulated sugar (optional)

preheat oven at 350f/175c

mix the flour and ice cream until well mix with wooden spoon

pour into well greased small cake pan

bake for 45 mins or until tooth pick came out clean.
