Steps

Cook meat with onion, garlic, mushrooms, salt and pepper until brown /done.

Drain meat when done and place in bowl and add 1/3 sauce to bind meat.

Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups cheese after meat has cooled some.

Spread som sauce in bottom of 11 x7 "pan

Lay 8 noodles out and spread equal amounts of meat on each, then roll noodle slowly( if rooled tightly the meat will fall out)

Place rolls in pan and and pour rest of sauce over all. Also the rest of the cheese

Cover loosely with foil and bake at 375 * for 30 minutes then remove cover and cook another 5 min.
