Irvixen's Cherry Glazed Lamb Or Pork Chops

Sweet and savory! I have a hard time finding lamb In my little town, so I always use pork. You can use whatever chops you have on hand and it will still taste superb. I double the sauce recipe for my family of 6, but you will have to cook a bit longer to get it thicker.

Steps
- 1
Combine rosemary, salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and rub over chops.
- 2
Cook chops in oil, 4-6 minutes on each side. Remove from heat and keep warm.
- 3
Add sauce ingredients to pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered. Cook 4-6 minutes or until thick.
- 4
Return chops to pan, flipping to coat. I serve with jasmine rice. But you could do taters too.

Source: I think this is probably a taste of home recipe, but don't quote me on that-didn't write it down and I don't remember :)
