Steps

Peel potatoes and place skewer length ways through bottom of potatoe (longways)

Slice evenly to skewer length of potatoe
- 3
Drizzle olive oil, meltrd butter over potatoes and add sea salt as topping
- 4
Bake at 425* for 35 minutes
- 5
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over potatoes and place back in over for another 10 minutes
- 6
Remove and sprinkle parsley flakes over all and enjoy.
