  • 8 mediumminute steaks
  • 1 largeonion
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1water or beef broth

30 mins
  1. 1

    brown minute steak in skillet on both sides.

  2. 2

    take out of skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    add onion to skillet for a few minutes. then add flour and water to desired consistency.

  4. 4

    when ready add steaks back to skillet and finish cooking
