Steps

wash mushrooms well and dry. pop out all the stems to the mushrooms and set aside.

crush crackers in plastic bag till bread crumb texture. mince mushroom stems. add minced stems, crushed crackers, garlic, melted butter, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix well

fill all caps with mixture and place on an aluminium foiled baking sheet. once all filled, mix milk and water in a cup and spoon over all mushrooms.

bake at 350 for 20-25 min. until golden brown. enjoy! :)
