Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
  • 2 cupraisin nut bran cereal
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 mediumbananas, very ripe
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupbrown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cupvegetable or canola oil
  • 3 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1egg, beaten

Steps

1 hour 15 mins
  1. 1

    In a large bowl mix together cereal and milk. Stirring occasionally, let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    To the cereal add the remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.

  3. 3

    Pour into a loaf pan and bake ay 350º for 50 - 55 minutes.
