Maryams spicy chicken lasagnia

boil lasagna strips till soft and take them out in a tray to cool.

now for the filling. take a pan. put in the oil, onions . cook till light golden.

now add the chicken with along with all the ingredients except capsicum. cook for ten minutes.

in the end put the capsicum. cook for three minutes.

preheat the oven to 220°F Fahrenheit.

now for the white sauce. take a pan. put the flour and keep on mixing the flour till it changes color to golden. now pour in the butter and mix with a hand beater till u reach a soft thick paste. now add the milk in small parts. and keep on mixing .

add the other ingredients in white sauce and cook till a creamy thick texture is achieved.

take a dish ~ 2" x 10" x 10" . oil the dish with a brush. set three lasagnia strips in the base. now layer it with ketchup.

divide the lasagnia filling in two parts. add one part in lasagnia dish. spread it evenly. add white sauce on top, a thin layer.

layer the dish again with lasagnia strips (3). add ketchup layer and filling layer and white sauce layer.

now add last three lasagnia strips and pour a thick layer of white sauce..

beat the egg and pur it on top of lasagnia dish.

sprinkle bread crumbs. and bake for 30-40 mins.

serve with chilled coke pasta salad .
