1/4 cupPlain flour
1/4 cupTomato Sauce
2 tbspSugar
1/4 cupVinegar
1/4 cupBeef Stock
1/4 tspMustard & Curry powders
1/2 tspGround Ginger & Mixed Spice

Place sliced onions on bottom of casserole dish, place steak / chops on top

Mix flour with half tomato sauce to a paste. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

Pour over meat and refrigerate a fewhours

Cook in moderate oven 2 hours
