Ingredients

  1. 2Onions sliced
  2. 1/4 cupPlain flour
  3. 1/4 cupTomato Sauce
  4. 2 tbspSugar
  5. 1/4 cupVinegar
  6. 1/4 cupBeef Stock
  7. 1/4 tspMustard & Curry powders
  8. 1/2 tspGround Ginger & Mixed Spice

  1. 1

    Place sliced onions on bottom of casserole dish, place steak / chops on top

  2. 2

    Mix flour with half tomato sauce to a paste. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour over meat and refrigerate a fewhours

  4. 4

    Cook in moderate oven 2 hours
