Soak rajma and urad in water overnight

Pressure cook for 10 to 15 mins

Take a pan put oil add cinnamon,bay leaf,black cardomom,cloves and little hing. Stir it

Add chopped onions stir well till they are light brown add ginger,garlic paste again stir till the rawness is gone then add tomatoe puree stir again for 2 mins.

Add red chilli powder stir again till the oil separates

Now add daal in it mix well see the consistency add water accordingly Now add salt,garam masala and kasuri methi (crush it with hands) now cover it keep it in medium flame for 10 mins.

Daal makhni is ready. Garnish with green coriander and butter (we can use fresh cream also)

Serve with steamed rice,chappati,salad,papad and buttermilk.

A perfect and balanced lunch is ready to serve
