
Crock Pot Coconut Curry Chicken

Heat oil in a medium flying pan. Add the chicken and brown on both sides.

Place the potatoes and onion in the crock pot. Place the chicken on top.

Combine the coconut milk, salt, pepper, curry powder, hot sauce (optional), and chicken broth in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add to the crock pot.

Cover crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Half an hour before serving, break up the chicken and add the peas.
