Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs and beat. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt, then add to sugar mixture. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. When done, pour marshmallows on top, while cake is still hot. Spread with Mississippi mud icing
