Ingredients

  • 3boneless skinless chicken breasts cut up
  • 1 cupshred carrots
  • 1 cupsliced mushrooms
  • 1 cupsliced mini bell peppers
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2big cans of veg stock
  • 1 boxuncle bens long grain and wild rice original
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tspminced garlic

    Add all but rice to crock pot and cook on high for about an hour or until veg is cooked.

  2. 2

    Add rice and continue cooking until rice is done.

    Eat it up
