Ingredients

2 hours
  1. 4 lbbeef ribs
  2. Sauce
  3. 1/2 cupcider vinegar
  4. 1/2 cupbrown sugar (packed)
  5. 1/2 cupketchup
  6. 1/2 cupHeinz chili sauce
  7. 1/4 cupworcestershire sauce
  8. 2 tbsponion, chopped
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 tbspcrushed chili peppers
  11. 1/2 tspdry mustard
  12. 1/2 tbspgarlic (minced)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place ribs in large pot and boil for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile combine all ingredients for the sauce in pot and cook on low for 1 hour, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

  3. 3

    Move ribs from pot to cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bone side down if not using beef short ribs.

  4. 4

    Brush sauce over ribs and bake at 300°F, turning and basting ribs every 15 minutes for 45 minutes

  5. 5

    Turn oven to 350°F, baste ribs one last time and bake for 15 minutes.

can u use this recipe with pork ribs I had a recipe I had lost and this one seems the closest to it just want to know you opnion
