Steps

Put refried beans in a pot on medium heat.

add milk stirring until you get a nice and creamy texture.

put cheese in it as much or as little as you want.

once it is hot, add your salsa and stir well.

keep warm on the oven! be careful not to burn your beans!

enjoy warm!

if you have leftovers (which I doubt) put it in the fridge and keep up to 3 days. :)
