  1. 1/4 cupbutter
  2. 1 1/2 tspgarlic
  3. 1 tspfresh thyme
  4. 3 tbspOlive oil
  5. 3 tbspLemon juice
  6. 1/2 eachzested lemon
  7. 1/2 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Melt butter over medium heat and cook for additional 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add garlic & thyme, stir, and cook until fragrant (approx 2 minutes).

  3. 3

    Remove from heat an add olive oil, lemon juice, zest, and salt. Imulsify and serve.
