add yeast, salt, oil, warm water and 2 cup flour in mixer bowl turn on and mix about 3 minutes. you use hook to mixer. add remaining flour and mix until dough cleans sides of bowl. cover dough with plastic wrap and a towel let rest about 30 minutes ,or until doubled in bulk. punch dough down. brush 14 inch pizza pan with oil sprinkle with cornmeal. press dough across bottom of pan. forming a collar around edge to hold toppings. add pizza sauce and shredded cheese desired. bake at 450°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
