Steps

Mix together all ingredients (except tenderloin) in a large ziplock bag.

Add tenderloin to bag. Let marinate in fridge at least one hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place tenderloin and marinating juices in a baking dish.

Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Cover with tin foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.

Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.

My family loves the leftovers made into tacos: Chop the meat finely. Add some cilantro, guacamole, onions and a squeeze of lime juice.
