Preheat oven to 375°F.

Grease a 13 x 19 x 2-inch baking pan.

Mix Bisquick, milk, and eggs; spread in pan.

Drizzle with oleo.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake until deep golden brown (37 minutes).

Cool for ten minutes.

Cut into two-inch squares and cut squares diagonally into triangles.

Garnish with green or ripe olive slices if desired.
