  2. 3 cupsugar
  3. 3 cupall-purpose flour
  4. 5eggs
  5. 2 tsplemon extract
  6. 3/4 cup7 Up
  7. 2/3powdered sugar
  8. 1 tbsppowdered sugar
  9. 1 tbspfresh lemon juice
  10. 1 tbsp7-UP

Steps

  1. 1

    Using a mixer, mix for ten minutes.

  2. 2

    Add one at a time.

  3. 3

    Gradually add mixed well no lumps

  4. 4

    Mix in one at a time

  5. 5

    Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Glaze: mix and pour over punt cake
