Ingredients

  • 1 kgsardine fish
  • 1 largecarrot
  • 1 cantomato sauce
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1whole black pepper
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    put salt on sardine's fish

  2. 2

    cut the carrot on thin round shape

  3. 3

    layer all the ingredients on pressure cooker

  4. 4

    add the pepper and adjust the taste

  5. 5

    cook sardine's at least 1 hour

  6. 6

    once cook it can be stored on clean jars
