  • 1/3 cupwhite rice vinegar
  • 2cucumbers
  • 4 tspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 sliceginger root

    Finally chop or sliver ginger

    Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and slice thin

  3. 3

    Marinate in a mixture of the vinegar sugar salt and ginger for at least an hour

  4. 4

    Served chilled
