  1. 1/3 cupwhite rice vinegar
  2. 2cucumbers
  3. 4 tspsugar
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 sliceginger root

    Finally chop or sliver ginger

    Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and slice thin

  3. 3

    Marinate in a mixture of the vinegar sugar salt and ginger for at least an hour

    Served chilled
