  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 300 gramsspinach
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 cupleftover or cooked white rice

    cooked rice as usual

  2. 2

    in pan saute onion till almost brown then add spinach mix well add salt then off heat

    pour cooked spinach onto cooked rice in a rice cooker and cook for another 2 minute then serve
