Preheat oven to 400°F

Put flour in mixing bowl

Add whipping cream in parts watching for dough to stiffen as you work it with hands

When dough begins to form move to floured board/countertop

Pat dough down and then fold it in half then in half again.... This will give biscuits a layered style

Pat back down to appropriate thickness

? keep in mind the more you work the dough the tougher the biscuits will become

Use a glass or cutter of your choice to cut biscuits and place on cookie sheet. You can spray it if you are afraid of sticking

A red solo cup makes an awesome sized cutter but reduces overall number of biscuits

400F for 10-12 minutes or until browned
