First take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil

Add onion chopped and green chilli

Saute till pinkish onion

Add cauliflower and peas saute it

Add besan saute it till besan is brown

Add bread crumbs and badam grind

Mix well

Add salt,red chilli powder,garammasala

Mix well make pattice

Take 2 bowl in one bowl put some seesum seeds add red colour

Another bowl put green colour in seesum seeds

Take a patties dip in maida ghol than roll in seesum seeds one by one colour

Deep fry it

Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce
