Ingredients

1 bowlMatar boiled and make paste
2 bowlMaida or gehu ka atta
1 tspajwain and roasted cumin
1 tspsalt
1 tspPowder sugar
2 spoonmelted butter/ ghee
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Take all ingredients except oil and make dough no requirement of water, because we make dough with matar paste.

Then with the help of rolling pin and board make roti and cut into desired size and deep fry it.
Enjoy with tea or coffee.
