Steps

Cook turkey, garlic, onion in pan until turkey is done . Drain well. Set aside.

Empty tomato paste into a large pot. Add all spices. Cook on medium low sheet until paste is mahogany. Add crushed tomatoes and broth, bring to boil.

Add turkey, bring to boil, then simmer covered for one hour.

Enjoy over rice or cornbread.
