Ingredients

  • 1 cupOats
  • Water 1and half cup
  • Veggies seasonal peas, carrot, onion etc
  • Salt per taste
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • Curry leaves few chopped
  • Mustard seed 1/2 tsp or less as y like
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First roast the oats and keep aside then in pan add oil,Curry leaves, Mustard seeds and veggies fry it nicely add salt,lemon juice and water

  2. 2

    Give one boil and add roasted oats and mix cover it with lid and serve
