Add salt to taste in the batter

Take steamer and keep a plate with greased oil

Add some Idli batter in the plate of a thin layer

Steam that Idli batter for 5 minutes

Add some green chutney in dokla and some idly batter steam it for 5 minutes

Add some tomato sauce in the Dhokla and also some Idli batter in the Dhokla

Steam it for 5 minutes

Take a chok of mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil

And pour it on dokla

Serve delicious dokla
