Ingredients

  1. 1medium onion finely chopped
  2. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  3. 1/2 cupWorcestershire sauce
  4. 1/2 cuphoney
  5. 1/2 cuporange juice
  6. 2.5 cupsroot beer
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspfresh ground black pepper
  9. 1 tspred pepper
  10. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  11. 4 tbsolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a medium sauce pan, saute onions and garlic over medium heat in until tender

  2. 2

    Add all of the ingredients to pan and simmer for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Add all contents to a blender and puree

  4. 4

    Return sauce to pan and simmer for another 30 minutes

  5. 5

    Let cool and enjoy!

  6. 6

    Sauce can be put in a mason jar and be stored in the fridge for a few weeks.
