Ingredients

  1. 1/4" sliced tomato
  2. 1opt.- pepperoni slices per tomato slice
  3. 1mozzarela sprinkle
  4. 1parmesan sprinkle
  5. 1Italian season sprinkle

    Heat griddle to 200°F.

    Place tomatoes on griddle.

    Top with a sprinkle of cheeses and season.

    Add optional pepperoni at this time.

    Heat until cheese melts.
