First preheat your oven to 400°F

Then clean your salmon filet

Then put your salmon a sheet of tin foil in your backing pan

Then rub in the mustard on top of the salmon

Then sprinkle on the cheese

Then back for 10 to 15 or when the fish flakes apart

Then enjoy!
