Beat ghee and sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy with a beater

Add the remaining ingrediants, mix well and make a dough

Pinch medium sized balls from the dough, roll them evenly between your palms and slightly flatten them

Arrange in a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 15-20 minutes

Once done, remove from oven and cool on wire rack

Serve or store in an air tight container
